At Sweetchemy, we take pride in creating fresh, delicious, and beautifully crafted cakes for every special occasion. Because our cakes are made to order, we have the following refund policy:

Order Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 5 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 2–4 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 2 days before the pickup/delivery date are non-refundable, as preparation and baking will have already begun.

Custom Cakes

Custom-designed cakes with personalized decorations, messages, or themes are non-refundable once the design and preparation process has started. Please ensure all details are correct when placing your order.

Product Quality Concerns

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your cake, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We may request photos and details for review.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a partial refund, store credit, or a replacement, depending on the circumstances.

Pickup & Delivery Issues

• Cakes not picked up on the agreed date are non-refundable.
• If incorrect delivery information is provided and results in a failed delivery, the order is non-refundable.
