Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe the takedown was an error, you are entitled to file a counter-notification. Your notice must include the following:

• Identification of the material removed and where it was previously located.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that the removal was a result of error or misidentification.
• Your consent to jurisdiction in your local federal district court (or a court in any district where the service is available, if you are outside the U.S.).
• Your electronic or physical signature.

If we do not receive notice of legal action from the original claimant within the designated legal timeframe, the content in question may be restored.
